I think Microsoft are not capable of killing ipod however i do think they are the only company with the ability to hit apple where it hurts. Microsoft simply can afford to create affordable device with the same quality and features like ipod. Apple always do thing overpriced and with the less expensive product from microsoft and with the same features, apple will feel the heat again.
