Microsoft Zune Player – a good launch!
When Microsoft launched its Zune on November 14, many wondered if Zune can make a respectable showing after a day. During its first few weeks on the market, Zune managed to grab 9% of the market sales, (could it be retails sales?); according to a market research firm, NPD Group.
Within its first four days of availablity, Zune managed to capture second place in the digital audio player market. Not bad for a new brand! If that so, maybe it is a sign that Microsoft have the stamina to inroad with Apple’s iPod. ”
As far as sales are concerned, Apple’s cheaper flash-based Nano and Shuffle take the bulk of iPod sales” [Daily Tech]. Worst or not to try on Zune or just stick to other PMP, as long you are the one look at it whether from a GB/dollar perspective or just simply buy what you can afford within your budget.
